Rotaract Club of Calcutta North East from its inception started of with Community Service as its major stress area. The Club boasts of some of the major projects that they have undertaken for the last three years in the field of Community Service and SAP. Following are some of the Projects taken up for past three years after its inception:
1. Free Child Care Clinic at Rajendra Deb Road, Calcutta - 700 007.

2. Free Eye Care and Cataract Operation Clinic at Rajendra Deb Road, Calcutta - 700 007.

3. An Annual Health Check-up Camp is organised for the students of Rajendra Vidyalaya on the month of July.
4. Distribution of Excersie Books and Pencils to the students of Rajendra Vidyalaya.
5. We celebrated the Independence Day with our parent Rotary Club, Rotary Club of Calcutta North East and our SAP Club Probhat. The President of our Parent Rotary Club hoisted the national Flag.
6. We distriubuted sweets and fruits among the poor and needy people of our SAP and community.
7. Annual Sports were organised among the children of our SAP.
8. We undertake Essay, Quiz and Debate competition with the school and college students of our community.
9. We along with our Parent Rotary organise seminars and camps on various issues such as Thalassaemia, Child Care, Eye Care, Pulse Polio during the Durga Puja and Kali Puja.
10. To eradicate Polio by the year 2000, we along with our Parent Rotary Club looks after the Polio Booths and also do campaigning during those days.
Other than Community Service and SAP projects, we have also undertaken International Service Projects, Professional Development Projects and Club Service Projects.
